SKANE... I think your quick and dirty analysis has some validity. Though, I dont see $12 without a major buy recommendation from a major firm. We should hit 9 before end of March.

My predictions that this stock will soar high to 10 in a little while. Why, simple, small caps are now not moving very high, when they do. Funds will look very favorably at APCO, their earnings and performance are strong and this stock should be in the 10s not 6s. So i look at APCO as a sure winner in the short term as well as the long term. I recommand to all to hold now and wait and see if you all have the patience. I think it will be amptly rewarded. But that is my humble opinion. Ignore the misleading charts they are not saying anything worth anything, unless you are a momentum player. PATIENCE is the key. Best of Luck to all, TI
