Check out M as this is one that has rebounded making a new multi year recovery high. I liked it mainly for their company owned real estate and that was/is where the 'value' lies. You really have to view this company on a 5 year or even 10 year period.

Personally M will never be like it was 10 years ago unless they build/brand their e-commerce division (which they are making progress on. Their store w/i a store concept inking a contract w/ Toys-R-Us (using that brand as the store went BK and brand is owned by Private Equity).

I held my nose and picked up a few shares 3/2020 (during the 'crash') at $5.29/share but never enough shares. My only conviction was I was buying some undervalued real estate, not just throwing money down the toilet.
------------------------------------

MAC is sort of the same play but a more diversified play on the retail shopping mall. A destination type of shopping experience. I also own MAC but my lowest price is $9.70/share and have an avg cost of $10.25/share after 3 different Buys.

M a 4.5 bagger vs MAC a 0.9 bagger while both pretty good value plays.

-------------------------------------

What was the 'event that presented the Value Opportunity?

Covid w/ essentially All retail coming to a stop and no one going to Malls as a destination adventure.
