I highly doubt ANCR obtained additional financing at this level as you theorize. My bet is the company actually will when the share price doubles from this level which IMO is not at all inconceivable given the long term outlook for Fibre Channel products and Ancor's standing as a viable contender. I suspect among the reasons ANCR has fallen [from the 20's] and can't seem to get up is sporadic press releases about the company and general promotion of FC technology in general as well as the prolonged recession in Europe and Asia where Ancor has some exposure just to name a few. Couple that scenario with an unpredictable stock market in the states and what you ultimately end up with is FUD. I continue to favor ANCR and like most investors would like to hear more frequently from Minnetonka. As to upcoming earnings, I would wager on flat for Q4 which is probably what the market is anticipating anyway. I don't however foresee a 50% decline in the stock price as someone else mentioned unless of course we were to see evidence of deteriorating fundamentals. Any dips from the current $7 level IMO is a buying opportunity!
