The 23 1/2 trade was cancelled, fwiw.

The frm Ts were the off-ACT trades (reported by Rule 6920).

Been at HQ Comm symposium all day so haven't had chance to catch the
scuttlebutt.

as I read:

EPS

.13 basic

.12 diluted pre-charge (what the street compares to .09 expectation)
<.02> non-recurring charge
--
.10 calculated after charge EPS

.09 reported after charge EPS

Rounding difference?
