<OFF TOPIC> TG, this is not directed at you, and I mean that sincerely. It's just that you were the last person to use the expression "the affect". As a former English teacher, I cringe every time I see this. "Affect" is a verb. There is no "the affect". I won't go into "effect", other than to say it is usually the noun. However, to "effect a change" is a different case. This is not a flame.
