Those data are so old as to be practically meaningless. As we all know, a lot has changed regarding the outlook for Creaf since September, and Merrill might have dumped its position. Indeed, that could even be why Creaf has lost so much value since then.

The majority shareholder report from Thompsons is outdated, as I very clearly stated. However, the figures for Merrill were fairly close to both the recent report and earlier SC 13G's that were filed a year ago, so we're only talking about a small discrepency for MLAM and MLTF. It's the Princeton holdings that look new, though I may have missed something.

The SC 13G/A was filed on 2/4/98, and it was signed on 1/29/98 by Ira Shapiro, Attorney-In-Fact for all three shareholders in the report: Priceton, MLAM, and MLTF. So that information is about as fresh as you can get this sort of stuff.
