Dave,

I must confess, the 300k that was sold off today was not
a trade I 'saw', I was told by someone else that someone
sold off 300k shares. I will have to contact them back
to find out where they got that info.

They did say that they didn't know WHO sold.
It may or may not be known in the future. It may be possible
to find out, but then again, maybe not.
