Tony, OTOTOT Yes the least you could do is get my name right Sorry I couldn't resist that one. What a day!! Yes I know you have a few more hours to go. I'm sneaking off to the local bar for a few before getting the kido's. We shouldn't kid about those poor service techs, my hubby is one. I did get one fired once, same type of problem, it wasn't the applications. I was doing a better job trouble shooting the equipment than he was. Needless to say the new C.E. really liked me. He knew if I called there was a problem or I would call and tell him exactly what to bring. Poor guy though he worked for Wang and his name was Richard (but that's not what he went by). We've become good friends over the years. He now fixes some of our P.C.s and every time I see him I call him xxxx from wang (most times loud enough everyone hears). Have a great weekend!!!
