Same old routine. Chicago and Illinois spent all their pension money too. They wait for the next Dimmocrat administration to fund new projects that they can then steal to replenish the funds.

Same tired routine has worked for decades.

Sadly my utility co. in NJ is also going woke, going broke.
Divested all coal fired plants, and even most nat gas plants.
Building off shore windmills and solar.

Gonna be cold in NY/NJ soon, just like Texas last winter.
And Texas has a lot more sun in the winter.
