I shouldn't speculate on such things anyways. It is not His Style to buy for short term gain. More likely it was wisdom on his part to recognize future Demand would put pressure on Supply. Basic ecnomics. Could be interesting, too... Maybe, with few silver mine companies making a profit, there will be closures and even less Supply. Whole situation is most intersting. I will watch, only to see what I can learn from how such opportunities play out. May be a good lesson for all of us. ed
