Hi Mike: I haven't had an opportunity to meet as many individuals in a management capacity in the mining bus. yet as I have in the O&G bus., but for me, many promotional and risk similarities appear to exist, at least until production commences. I am learning that the extreme variety and complexity of ore bodies and the measurable success with DD cos. determine the unique direction and production pursuits of each co.; something that may be impossible to standardize as an industry. Performance claims can only be measured retrospectively (as you said 'a company with...a tract record of doing things right has earned the right to be silent')and I certainly agree. Until there is more to go on, individual character along with skills remain a valuable clue as to a plausible outcome without much more to go on when sizing up an investment opportunity in the early stages. I don't want to beat the management thing to death more, but would like your opinion on the potential for some future standardization in DD production. Thx...Irv
