BRASILIA, Feb 5 (Reuters) - Brazil's government made headway in its attempt to stave off financial crisis when a congressional panel approved a key reform bill despite a fight on the chamber floor, eyewitnesses said on Thursday. Left-wing lawmakers and union members traded punches with security guards on the floor of the Chamber of Deputies before the committee passed the controversial bill, eyewitnesses said.
