CWA ran up on visuals in the pre Bre-x era. CWA will never happen again. I think that Bre-x taught a lot of people a lesson. Exchanges are stricter and visuals often have to be substantiated. (see STS over the last two weeks) Many people all of a sudden decided to learn a little bit about the juniors they were investing in. I also think that the internet has helped educate many including myself. I lost nothing on Bre-x as I was only just beginning to dabble in the juniors - Blue chipper before that - maybe should have stayed - Had 500 shares of CTR.A a year ago. - earnings released today - Net earnings up 13%. EPS up 19%. Share price $32.75 - 16 months ago $16. And we all know how the banks have done.
