I've tended towards growth this year.
Doesn't really fit your parameters with a 1.1% divy,
but I still really like KBR. Earnings report was great

Double top break (edit, can add another "X" with the print of 44 this morning on the chart)

Do you have any other Div payers on your list where I might pit some of the MRK proceeds into. MPW was an option but it was upgraded earlier this week and +6%.

I have been looking at PHARMA and REITs.

I'll throw out AMGN, NNN and CAH as a few suggestions for what you asked.

Are you looking at a minimum yield requirement? Dividend growth requirement? What criteria would you deem important to meet?

Some healthcare choices, depending on what you are looking for:

UNH .. ANTM .. STE .. SYK .. MDT or more yield BMY .. MRK.

Steve Felix mentioned Moelis & Co (MC) on this board about 18 months ago and I took a small position at the time. This has been my best dividend payer to date. They offer a decent yield and div growth even without the special dividends which just keep coming in like clockwork. With the special dividends I'll have an incredible 33% YOC at the end of November for the preceding twelve months. Wish I had bought a lot more at the time.

So a big thanks to Steve as well as others on this board for sharing their knowledge and investment suggestions.
