Yep - I buy most anything I can at Costco nowadays. Best customer service out there and in general the best prices too. Even if they're a little more expensive, I'll still buy from them. Saved me $3k when LG wouldn't take my crappy OLEDTV back but Costco did and gave me in-store credit to replace with a much better Samsung QLED.

I've read in the Costco Lenovo reviews the technical help lines are of little use and somewhat of a joke when it comes to real problems. When is the most recent time you've used their phone tech support line?

And Costco has a very generous return policy. When I need to get a laptop for family and friends, it is almost always from Costco.
