<off topic-last one,PROMISE!!> Angel, I just caught this post....you got it!! the 16 yr. old is a great example...unfortunately,you get the 16 yr.old who makes the wrong decision,goes to a juvenile detention center where he racks up more charges that warrant longer confinement, ...is transfered to an adult facility, racks up more charges...(all WITHIN the penal institutions), and gets more time tacked on....if he's lucky, he gets out before he's 40....What do you think'll happen next?
