Brock has no competition, because it doesn't have a real SFA product. When the NetGain product comes out it will be participating in a market with at least 50 other products with some kind of enterprise-level SFA functionality. Regarding information on SFA, SFA products. There are a few resources on the web. Check out www.sffamag.com and www.saaintl.org for a start. There are also some books on the subject that can give you some more insight into SFA--go to www.amazon.com or www.barnesandnoble.com and do a search on 'sales force automation'.
