No, these are major fibs. There are minor fibs between them which you can draw.
The numbers are 0=15080, 23.6=15414.5, 38.2=15297.75, 50=15365, 61.8=15432.25, 76.4=15515.5, 100=15650). You can extend from there and you can bring in the minor fibs too.

There is likely another wave with fibs of 0%=15612, 100=16068. Since the future hasn't arrived, this set is untested.
