Any of you folks ever thought of picking up the phone and speaking to the SEC or NASDAQ about the proposal which the CEO has put forward regarding SDS.

Most of SDS's private placements have been to a corporation called
Tail Wind out of the Cayman Islands. I would bet that only God
knows who the true owners are.
Perhaps the reason we are getting so much attention from IR
is that they fear their reverse split proxy will be defeated.
I think management controls enough shares to insure its passage
but if enough private stock holders vote no it might be close
