Terry;

The buyback of shares at current prices was my idea. Check the previous posts.

Of course this management would rather finance idiotic talk shows.

Gee folks do I sound bitter?

Yikes

Rick

Terry, In my last conversation with Ira, he did tell me that a share buyback was in the works. I do not know to what extent or exactly how it works.

I don't know for sure, but I believe that the shares would be retired and the float and the total outstanding shares would be reduced.

Terry, Your concern is well taken. That is why I think they are more likely to use warrants instead of restricted shares.

However, if they did happen to use restricted shares and subsequently bought them back, those shares could simply be retired and thus, reduce the number of outstanding shares.

The warrant scenario is, in my opinion, a more likely one because it is far more simple and protects the share value.

Remember, Arif Adam and Ira Monas (combined) own somewhere around 18 million restricted shares or so, as I understand. I think they are interested in enhancing share value just as we are.

I believe that restriction goes into 1999, as I recall.

Best wishes,
Brad
