Walker is something of an American hero, who currently serves as Biden’s chair of the President’s Council on Fitness and Nutrition. His resume is uniquely impressive, spanning from sports to charity. He was diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder, which caused irrational and violent behavior, in 2001 and now serves as spokesperson for a mental health treatment program for veterans. Under treatment, he hasn’t had an episode for almost twenty years. He wrote a book about it in 2008.
