You are absolutely right, all indications are on the plus side. So
I don't see how it can tank very far. I think if we see another news
announcement with new business or such, this one will take off like
a rocket. It now has a solid earning base, a lot of room to expand. I
am just surprised it has not formed a new base at 7. 6 3/4 is a bit
on the low side, a golden opportunity for loading up.

Just did a scan on estimates on APCO at two objective sites, and
both are recommending it as a BULLISH BUY:

suretrade.stkwtch.com
vectorvest.com

iqc.com

I don't know what technicals Jim is reading, but all the expert technicals on the WEB are telling me this stock is a SCREAMING BUY. I
think you guys are digging for something that does not exist. I am
very certain this stock is going up.
