suit." - not true. MB believes that the Sonus patents are invalid. IF MB is correct, then SNUS will have a tougher time showing any infringement. Patents are complex - multiple claims within a single patent, etc. Sonus had originally filed their suit months back, and are now continuing in the process of trying to get it through courts. Sonus patents discuss their product boiling at 37 degrees celsius, however the product does not behave as it should. Why not?
