I have never subscribed to Arch's newletter, but I listen when he pops up on CNBC. He sold out December 31, 1997. He said there would be a 30-50% bear market in 1998. Unfortunately, I think he was assessing the market from an FA point of view. It seemed like he was throwing out the astro and the TA, which is unfortunate because I really value his TA. He's absolutely outstanding at reading charts.
