He did not actually poll Jersey.....It costs $$ to poll a state...probably around $6K-$8K ...I believe he said it would be competitive based on the changing voter file in Jersey.............If he has the $$ and if it's an important state, he will poll it even if he has to contribute some of his own $$. Trump should engage him to be his and the official R internal pollster.........but he's not smart enough to realize it little alone do it..
