Vic,

When the S1 was originally filed, I expressed a lot of concern over the effect it would have on FTEL's stock price. As the stock price slid down towards my $1.35 target it appeared that I was correct. Even when the stock went from $1.50 to $10 I still expected that warrant holder selling would drive the price all the way back down.

And, although lack of FTEL revenues kept me on the sidelines (other than the 100 share position that I kept so I could say that I was shareholder), I have to admit that today's absorption of the shares being sold was more than impressive. It is very obvious that some substantial players believe the story.

Congratulations to you, RB and the rest of the shareholders.

I was wrong, you were right.

Best to you

Mike
