Terry;

As I am certain you realize my feelings are that this television show is totally inappropriate for FAMH. It gels certain other questions I had to the net result I listed earlier that I will move on with my investment.

Some folk on this thread appear to accept only positive commentary as suitable. Be careful what you say.

My opinion only

Rick

Terry, You wondered about "what other directions besides normal acquisitions, if any, are planned for FAMH."

Ira Monas has mentioned that he has staffing industry acquisition proposals coming across his desk constantly. From my conversations with him, I expect to see primarily more acquisitions within the industry.

However, the announcement today was, I believe, a rather unique result of the association FAMH found while working with Preferred Financial Marketing on the Morton Downey Jr Invest America Show.

From my experience, I can tell you that if business people work together successfully on a project, sometimes a synergy can develop that creates more potentially profitable ideas.

Enthusiasm can be a dynamic asset in forming successful alliances.

Ira Monas has mentioned numerous times that his job is "profitable growth of the company." He is NOT there to run daily operations. That's Arif Adam's arena. Ira knows deals. Arif knows the industry.

I believe Ira will grow the company primarily through shrewd acquisitions of staffing companies.

When I look at Ira's productivity, I am pleased with the way the Myriad deal looks. I am also pleased with the way the financing package looks. Ira seems to be a shrewd negotiator. I think we will see more deals like these.

I believe he will reach his goal of $150 Million in sales with a 40› EPS for 1998. I think that would result in pretty good growth in share value.

That's my opinion. And please take it as just that... a guess based on my own point of view. I could be right or I could be wrong. Time will tell.

Best wishes,
Brad

Terry, I suspect that the TV show is merely a financial investment and nothing else. If it is successful, then FAMH could not afford to advertise on the show. They will be looking for big revenue advertisers. It would only increase FAMH's exposure, peripherally, IMO. But someone should ask the company.
