I don't know when this alleged exchange occurred, but it is not shocking that Putin and other world leaders would rather see Trump in office than Biden. Any thoughtful person could see the Biden disaster coming, and Trump's performance in office was essentially impeccable.

You have it in your tiny mind that what's good for Putin is bad for the USA. That is a convoluted view of the relationship at this point in time.

As to "helping" Trump win the election, we know that Russia and every other country takes a position in our elections. Do you think China wasn't doing all it could to get Biden elected? After having a billion dollar deal with him? Of course it was.

There is nothing wrong with China or Russia meddling in our elections. The question is the extent of their success, and while no one has looked closely at China, they have at Russia, and we know that Russia's actions have no been materially effective in the last two elections.

Democrats corrupt behaviors have been far more disruptive to our elections than Russia could ever be.
