Well, the warrant decision has to be made now, so we won't have much longer to wait to find out what they will do.

I also asked about CATS. They hope to resolve the situation and announce a buyer by the time they have to file their 10-K -- but of course, that's not certain. In the meantime, they're getting orders and filling them. The design work is done at CATS, and the chips are produced in another fab. CATs might not be self-supporting on a cash-flow basis, but might be on a P&L basis.

The other businesses are coming along fine. They expect to have XRL at a saleable power level by sometime after mid-year. JMAR hopes to have an agreement with a stepper co. in a couple of mos. JMAR was at an XRL conference in San Antonio last week (didn't catch the conference name - Tim???). XRL is considered to be way ahead of other "developmental" processes such as EUV, etc., and XRL isn't experiencing the stepper-related problems that DUV has right now. (See my post #4961.) There are X-ray steppers now that are waiting for a light source. Also, JMAR is adding a lot of new options to their XRL.

Betty
