I noticed QCOM was removed from the BPNDX but added the BPSOX. This seems counter intuitive to me. Can you explain how a company is added or delete from the Bullish percentage. QCOM moved up today on good earnings yesterday. It broke the down sloping intermediate averages yesterday and significantly gapped up today. I noticed something similar on XLNX a few weeks back.
