Kind of an interesting article from Jim Cramer of TheStreet.com:
fnews.yahoo.com
It seems many times WinStar is jerked around in similar fashion, ie up days always start down, and down days always start up, etc.

The games people play. If we only knew.

<..WinStar already owns 700 MHz at 38 GHz in NYC. That's probably
enough for their plans...>

Not according to Sidgmore, Nacchio and rest of presenters at HQ Comm symposium today. Leaving this evening, I felt compelled to sell the farm and personally bid on every fat pipe around. Talk about beachfront! Notes on conf later (maybe - I'm in overload)

<..WinStar's cash flow situation is still in pretty terrible shape. To have to borrow another $250M or issue another 7 or 8 million shares of stock just to obtain more bandwidth in NYC, which is already one of their largest holdings, just doesn't make sense to me...>

I agree in the short term, the dilution would be a pisser. But we might recover MORE than costs with a smart buyer. Anyway, we'll get a peak with WCII's Morgan and TGNT's Harris tomorrow AM.

(And Steven, don't let 'em merger at LEAST until I'm back <g>)
