Bill:

You said "I firmly believe that this is an incredible buying opportunity for any small investor who has about a two year time horizon". This has been true for the last year and a half that I have owned the stock. I am still down money on HUM. I remain long on the stock but don't see a light at the end of the tunnel yet. Note, even the bullish of bulls (Martin and I) are starting to doubt that we will get the returns we feel we deserve.

Paul

Hi Bill: I can not agree with you more that this stock is an incredible buying opportunity.

As Paul said, we have both been in it for the long term. In my case, 2 years. This thing should be trading in the $50US range by now.

Both Paul and I have been strong bulls and we have been pronouncing and hearing the same reasons why HUM is a great stock to own, for a long time now.

So continued morale support is welcome.

Also it is good to get a newer investor's views (based on recent homework) as a confidence builder, that the HUM success story remains fully intact.

As with Paul, I have yet to turn a profit....and I look at recent missed buying opportunities like MU at $22, and SEG at $19, and AMAT at $26.....whilst hanging tough with HUM. I keep saying to myself to have patience. It is sometimes tough. Who would have thought that HUM would be trading in the 13-14 PE range at this point in time...after, what is it now, 14 consecutive increasing profitable quarters?

Regards to all....keep the positive postings coming.....Martin

P.S. If you see any inkling of negative signals ahead though, please do not hesitate to post. Let's make sure we keep up the reality checks.
