Pugs,

I think one of the reasons that this thread is so quiet tonight is that everyone who owns a cert signed by Puhr is wondering if he/she has a bogus cert. It's a good question to ask (IMO) since Puhr has never been an officer of RMIL and should not have been in a position to sign a RMIL cert.

If certs were issued with his signature to the TA....why? It is clear in the 8K of October that, only upon CLOSING, is it possible that he would become an officer of RMIL....then in November, Gary and Breton re-affirm that they are the officers of RMIL. This is long before the 23 December date on the posted cert.....and possibly the cert of many others.

I don't see this much different in accepting the validity of a cert signed by me or Richard Nixon or anyone else other than the true officers of the company. Is this company so screwed up that they don't know who should be signing the certs or is this just another part of the alleged scam?
