Anybody: Is this increase due to options being exercised &/or
shares being authorized for future acquisitions --???>

patriot,
thanks for the clarification. my thoughts when selling the calls yesterday was that i felt the overall market had made a nice run and is due for a pullback. granted pair just started moving, but the last two times i was close to breakeven, the stock pulled back. i have no intention of buying the calls back at a loss. if pair keeps on going my other shares will enjoy the ride. if we do pull back with the market, i will buy them back for a profit.
this rise in pair is the most encouraging ive seen in a long time. pair finally coming out with news and there has been strong volume associated with this up move. go pair, just take a dip first.
