Dan, I am also short VTSS. When I tried to look at their 10-K405, to see what they had for Asian exposure, I found that the financials are included in the Annual Report which was supposedly filed as an exhibit. I retrieved the filing and only the first page of the Annual Report was included. No financial statements, no Management's Discussion and Analysis, etc. I have e-mailed the SEC to confirm this but have not yet received a reply. Have you (or anyone else) looked at this filing? I have seen only one other "empty filing" like this. Bob
