Still tight inventory lots of new construction. No indicators of any apparent crash in the near future. Foreclosures picking up a little I’m sure it will impact the market a little bit next year . Lennar Homes hit all time high Friday. Last cycle it’s topped around July 2005. Stock market topped fourth quarter 2007. Somehow they keep the interest rates very low and a steep yield curve with all this inflation. It’s crazy all this government control. For now party on
