These type of fund reports are generally snapshots many weeks or a few months after the fact of the actual trades. They're hardly real time and Burry, to his credit, is not on TV often talking his own book. The reporting rules are stricter if a fund owns over 5% of a publicly traded name.

Insider buys and sells are still under a 2 day reporting window. It might even be 1 day now, unsure about that, these reporting rules have changed over time per SEC regulations. fwiw.
