Families with more than 3 children paying in indirect way like more work etc., In this respect MAO was right but forgot to mention not to favor birth of boys compared to girls, such selection should be punished with hard work. As a result of Chinese people greed, China has over 20 or 30 million more males that cannot find a bride which is huge social problem. Why for Chinese boys where preferred? - to help working the fields etc.,
