It looks like the Dems are going to pass the $1.75 Trillion behemoth bill this week.

I always thought this bill and the bi-partisan one were over-lapping in many areas. I may be mistaken, and this may be how the Dems get close to that $3.5-Trillion number they wanted in the first place.

Maybe there is a clause in the behemoth bill that voids the bi-partisan bill. That could be what they are doing.
