Louie, I wish I knew right now! I think I'm going to play VTSS instead of QCOM. ANAD has been absolutely destroyed, TQNT is still down for the count and VTSS is going to an all time high. Maybe the shift from high price chips to low price ones favors VTSS but I think its just a matter of time before the market catches on. Looking to buy some VQTOI ( VTSS MARCH PUTS ) because semi's seem to be rolling over, VTSS makes chips for the cellular industry and they have been left basically untouched.

As for QCOM, I might buy the ( Feb 40 or 45 puts ) QAQNH or QAQNI. Remember, QCOM is very volatile and usually trades in a 3 point on a normal day. I would buy the Feb puts because there is a very high % of shorts out there, it moves very fast and its going to happen sooner than latter. I would suggest buying the 45's on any rally above 48 and selling them off by the end of the day at about a 30 / 100 gain. If your new to options you will notice that the premium usually lowers over the 2nd to last weekend and any rebound on monday may shake you out. IMHO don't worry about the price and premiums, just keep it short!

Louie, GOOD LUCK
