Did you mean to have BKT in that list as the yield is 6.94%.??

Today I was adding to companies with higher yields as they compare to equities and SPY, and showed a dividend growth rate of 8% or more over the last 5 years.

I added to the following positions.

Company - Yield - Dividend Growth

AMGN - 3.45% - 15%
CCI - 3.20% - 8%
CMI - 2.45% - 9%
LMT - 3.27% - 10%
PRU - 4.21% - 13%
