(off topic Re: Old #7) Just saw your post, Dan - it's the barrelhouse it is aged in. I prefer the stuff from Barrelhouse 1, but it's hard to find. I would suggest trying Booker's if you haven't. 126 proof, about $50 a bottle. But you have to drink it straight, or there's no point to it.

Question for you, what does the #821212 on the Guinness bottle refer to?
