You don’t point a weapon at someone under any circumstances. The prosecutor should be charged for violating basic gun safety and Baldwin charged with murder. The one handling the weapon is at all times responsible for the disposition of that weapon.

I find it odd it doesn't have any sights at all, not even basic flip up ones.
