Check the most obvious before you ask those questions.

Is there a condo in the area that uses such bricks? Was a Permit filed for an improvement, for an addition or for an upstairs for 1 or more units? Is this 100% Residential or mixed Commercial and R?

It might be filed and legitimate, and when finished, taxes and assessed value go up. But if there was damage from prior rioting, this may be for insurance-covered repairs.

SO I GOTTA ASK, DO THE KENOSHA POLICE JUST LEAVE THESE BRICKS HERE FOR THE RIOT?

I was wondering the same thing....Of course they seemed more part of the riots before so why should now be any different -- at least the people they report to.
