On the positive side next week Lindell’s new suit could be another chance for states negatively effected by the results of the disastrous 2020 election to speak out against those states whose election processes fell short. However, it won’t be without difficulty. Lindell told RSBN that it will take a lot of public pressure for the court to take the case. “The Supreme Court needs pressure to look at it,” said Lindell. “Thats why we have a petition at fix2020first.com. [Americans] need to go to that place and sign the petition. I believe it’ll be voted 9-0—that they’re all going to vote to look at it. If we don’t get rid of these machines and fix 2020 first, we don’t ever have another election again.” While it may be an uphill battle to get SCOTUS to hear the case, it isn’t hopeless. The Court has recently upset Leftists with the decision to not strike down the controversial Texas Heartbeat Law and shows more hope than in decades to do it’s job on hard issues.
