Countdown is currently on hold at T-4:00 minutes due to excessive upper level winds. The launch window in open until 0922 EST. Data from the next-to-last weather balloon ceased at 40,000 ft altitude and there is only one balloon left to survey upper level winds. The last I heard was upper level winds were 120% of allowable. Weather on the ground looks to be very nice, winds calm, very few high clouds. This thing is a big Loral, Globalstar, Boeing infomertial. Commentators showed a Globalstar phone and I'm certain other things that I have missed while surfing.
