America - the great benevolent country - has been in one war* or another for 228 of it's 245 year history. We are a warring nation. Joe Biden is giving us a brief moment when we're not at war and I say brief because, sooner or later, America will be at war again. *I don't mean figurative wars like the war of drugs, poverty or christmas.
