Mentor is claiming patent infringement. I am 99.99% sure that Mentor is going to lose that battle in court, and every analyst I have spoken to agrees with me. It is a stupid waste of money, but the marketing company for Misonix is run by a guy who competes with Mentor in the breast implant area, so it may be a macho thing, for all we know. ...
