Under tools/settings near the middle of the box, you can select to see or hide messages from ignored people on your ignore list. (you must be logged in)

Why is this handy, one might ask? Because you can then stay current with the lies, hatred and fakenews from the unwashed lemmings but prevent their vile hit and run attacks via private mail.

Actually quite useful if someone were to aks me....

Yes, you have the choice as to whether or not you want to see the posts of someone you have on "Ignore", as I indicated in my previous post #317441.

I suspect that FJB chose "No" for that Option.
