Hi Tonto - I have not been following this mess, but considering I am starting to calculate my loss today (I've waited a long time) I figured I would see if there any new news. I have witnessed a few fraud cases like this last year and they all make me equally as angry, especially when you have been through one. However, since I now refuse to buy stocks that are not audited by Big Six, I should never have the GIFS problem again. Thanks for your help Tonto on behalf of all of us who have simply taken our loss and moved on. I do indeed hope you and your group will find and receive justice in this case. Have a good weekend. mtm
